De paparazzi in Cannes vervelen zich: "Te weinig sterren!" Anti-Franse gevoelens, angst voor SARS en terrorisme houden veel bekende acteurs en actrices thuis in Hollywood, dus moeten de fotografen het doen met tot actrices omgeturnde fotomodellen.
"It's sad," said Sebastian Randé, a photographer for Saola Agency in France. "It's just Nicole and Arnold. But at least they know what to do -- they smile." George Pimentel, a freelance photographer for the U.S. photo service WireImage, added: "When all we have is Arnold Schwarzenegger, well, what does that say?"
